Where we ship

We deliver to the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). At busy times and around public holidays this can take a little longer.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery takes 6–8 business days, so most orders arrive 7–10 business days after they are placed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Local carriers, customs and weather can change these times.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. The first tracking update can take a day or two to appear.

Your address

Please check your name, address, postcode and phone number before you pay. If something is wrong, email support@lunavelleatelier.com straight away. Once an order is dispatched we cannot change the address.

Late orders

If your order has not arrived 10 business days after you placed it, email support@lunavelleatelier.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Customs and duties

Orders may be charged import duties or taxes by local authorities. These are not included in our prices.
