Where is my order?

We will email you a tracking link when your order ships. Open it to see where your parcel is and when it is expected. It may take a day or two for the first tracking update to appear.

Can't find the email?

Check your spam or promotions folder. Still no email? Write to support@lunavelleatelier.com with your order number and we will send the tracking link again.

Still waiting?

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time in our Shipping policy, email support@lunavelleatelier.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Lost the email?
